Ash, hold on, I know what you should have said, “that was great, very funny stuff guys!\” What it must be like to be so unhappy with ones self? Maybe it is not unhappiness? Maybe you were just not paying attention? Do you have ADHD? There are drugs now that can help with this problem. You know maybe, I am way off base? Maybe it was truly terrible. Wow you know what, you are right those guys should probably keep their day jobs. Tell you what, maybe you could give them a hand, you know steer them in the right direction. It sounds like you are just the man to do it. Wait, are you a man?
Well guys; let me tell you a lil somthing about making a podcast first you make it entertaining in that i mean don’t show somthing as scary as jims face in the morning. Second well i guess that should have been how not to make a podcast because i don’t have anything esle good to see my brother that face at the end the last freeze frame of your face was fucking classic reminds me of the time you knocked my 3 front teeth out. ha great great stuff guys that was a grand finally anniversery special and i liked it. do not disapoint me next week.
not the best written show but i’d still put it in the top half. well-edited i think, looked good, good sound integration, used a couple new shots, etc. certainly moving forward if you ask me
Let me elaborate a little more, technically that show has improved so much. As far as the writing goes in this episode, the wit disappeared and the humor was not there. The reviews for the “vloggings” where half ass, and did not provide much insight. If you think Jim waking up in the morning is humorous, go to a “Rita Fajita’s” with him. I know both Jim and Charlie have so much talent, and it frustrating as I watch this clip. You can keep on insulting me, but I am not going to sit down and watch them fail, even if I have to be a dick about it.
I don’t care what they say; this is pure entertainment. Really cool! BTW Ash, that wasn’t really Jimmy in the morning. You should know better. Chuck -wonderful to see you. How about more! The music was super. Great choreography, lyrics, etc. Will there be any ocean views in the next episode? Yo!
I personally really enjoy fly-on-the-wall type things. I regularly read personal blogs so this has opened me up to an entirely new way of being nosey and I like it. Happy 10th episode anniversary and it was great to finally see Charlie!
The one thing I keep wondering about is when Jim is always leaning forward is it, because he has one or two dicks stuffed up his ass. Second why does Jim pick a vlog about his gay boyfriend Josh and why would I care to watch some gay guy dance around and Jim say that a fag is now growing on him. SAD! Third podcasts that give a good rating to someone who they believe may help this poor show become good or at least not so fucking boring. Well I would think about killing myself before making another show.
Wow, it seems Ash has friends, or maybe just multiple personalities. Glad to see the comments are finally getting lively. I guess it just takes a half ass show to stir things up. I hope episode 11 is just as shitty as some think 10 was, can you imagine what next week will bring. Till then, I hope Jim can get those dicks out of his ass. Nice fag talk by the way, I had no idea.
Where to begin? Alright, first off, let’s examine the apparent idea behind this episode. Show off our own VLOG while highlighting entertaining bits of other VLOGS to show what we are attempting to achieve and what we admire. Problem is, like every other show out there, highlight episodes are always the most garbage episodes in the series, as everyone has already seen it before, and would rather watch it in context, rather than over a few seconds of brief image flashing. It’s as if you not only didn’t realize this, but also sat around trying to figure out how to make a bad concept worse. What could be worse than making people sit through highlights of our show, that they actually like and are interested in? I know, says one intrepid individual… Rather than give them highlights of the show they’re actually INTERESTED in, let’s put in random clips of other shows they’ve never heard of nor have any idea about. OMFG that’s brilliant, the other geniuses must have thought, it will show we’re dedicated to the “VLOG community” and we’ll be able to cut in half the actual work we have to do making our own VLOG. So now, it’s as if your fans, who in theory are eagerly awaiting the next episode (gods know why) tune in, only to see a few brief moments of what they actually wanted, while random items from other shows play. It would be as if you’re watching your favorite TV show and all of a sudden the episode, after a brief intro, turns into advertisements for about five other shows on the network that have nothing to do with what you’re actually watching. Of course, with brief moments of the real show to keep you from changing the channel and cursing the guys in marketing for turning the episode into nothing but a big advertisement. I mean, really, what is the point of doing what you did in this episode? I assume people tune in to watch this because they’re interested in what you came up with, what you’re doing, and how you’re doing it, not to watch other people doing the same type of thing. As an aside from the main thrust of what I have said here, the actual content of the episode where you had input was sub par as well. The entire dialogue seems overthought, fake, dull, and rather trite. I know you are attempting to entertain people here, but being fake and making motions with your hands while you talk (it worked for Hitler hey?) is just overdoing it. Not to mention the constant “I’m raising my eyebrows that means it’s funny laugh! ^.^. Overall a very forced and plastic feel to the whole deal. Also, if the clips you showed are an indication of how you want this show to entertain people, stop now, and save the few poor souls who watch this from being suffused with random stupidity, special moments with your emo friend, and “songs that touch the esophagus, and force all that is within to cease residence”
Let’s start by saying (waving my hands like Hitler) (wait, Hitler? ME?) It’s true you learn something new every day. Today, I learned the following about my friends, my family and me. Ready! – Boring – Not Funny – Not Interesting – Likes Dicks in me? – No Talent – Not funny, did I already list that? – I like to move my eyebrows, so not funny – I am EMO – I may have a problem with Jews? Let’s not get started with GOD – I am fake – See One and five. – I may be lacking any kind of real direction Thanks to everyone who watches, regardless. It seems that my dear friend Mr. Piss In Pants started something that has gotten, just a bit out of hand. Those of you out there who have nothing better to do than criticize a video podcast, I say it might be time to look deep in your heart and re-thing your life. Chuck and I do this podcast every week, because we enjoy it. We give it our all, some weeks it works, others it falls short. We understand this and always welcome your comments and criticism. I hope I see you all next week. Maybe we can all put down the guns and talk about this like rational humans? Or maybe we can fling some more shit around, that’s fun too. J-
Jim and Charlie: I really enjoy the show. If I had one thing I would like to see is the show being longer and really going into more detail about your topic. Also, I would be really interested to see Jim trying some “improv”..he’s funny and imaginative. keep going guys, I love the show! I also would like to say that I love Jim’s style. I’m a big fan of The Daily Show and I see a bit of John Stewart there as well as Jims personality shining through! If I could put in perspective exactly what these guys manage each and every week for all the people spreading bad vibes and throwing shit around like a bunch of monkeys with Tourettes Syndrome. Firstly, these guys are holding down full time jobs then coming home, writing, rehearsing, recording, editting and posting their show every week! Sure, the show is still in its formative stages but isnt that also the most exciting time? New ideas florish, some fade away but I’m sure what we will be left with is a well honed, entertaining, thought provoking and stimulating (mentally) show. This comments section is by the people, for the people but also there to help Charlie and Jim gauge which direction to take so for fucks sake……if there is going to be any critiscism then lets keep it constructive!
I my now finally getting a chance to watch the show and leave a comment and this is weak. Who cares if someone leaves a bad comment that’s what this box is for and if you can’t handle bad comments get out of this before you get hurt. Everybody knows how hard you guys are working and that is why your friends stick by and keep watching no matter if the show is good or not. This is just a podcast and too think that this is the best you guys could do would be stupid. You guys have the skill to always become better and thats what it seems like you guys are doing. So don’t bitch out on a friend who thinks you guys are great and tells you what he really thinks in stead of just saying the same stupid thing every time. Let the little things go and for everyone else this is their show,so watch and enjoy and besides that leave everything in Jim and Charlies hands, they know what they are doing.
WOW!! I can’t believe how hostel it has gotten in here over some episode-that I thought was great by the way!! Despite what other people think and have to say-the thing is-aren’t they watching the episodes-which isn’t that what you guys want?? I don’t know-just putting that out there!! Great job fellas! Keep it up and I will be tuning in next week!!
It’s funny how people take things so personally. If you don’t want to hear negative comments, even if they’re surrounded by positive comments, disable comments altogether. I didn’t even watch the episode, but just reading the arguments here made me think about how you all need to relax. This isn’t Hollywood. Things don’t have to be perfect. Online people can be dicks. The sky is blue. Just do your thing, all of you, and give up the personality conflicts.
Jim;……….. Charlie;………… What can I say, I’ve read the, “before me”, comments. I don’t like to be critical, but some of these folks leave me little choice. Hug a root creeps. You know who you are. I (slow me) just got caught up on Eps. 9 & 10. Wow! Episode 9 was fan tas tic! I loved it. My lovely and I are sending another 50.00 to the CUP. You guys are going to make a big splash at the L.A. GIG. Eps. 10 was so enteresting. I happen to like spoofing other geeks. But then again, I’m the first one to say, “HEY! Enough of all this wasted video already.” But when you stop and think about it, it’s not really wasting. Its just bits. like my ole buddy Carl used to say. “Billions and billions of bits.”…………..In the COSMOS. It’s like taking all these damn pictures I take. (with my, DIGITAL camera) All this NO FILM stuff, It’s the greatest thing since cheese burgers. They don’t ever have to make it to the photo lab. They can just sit there in my computer until I’m ready to HIT the DELETE BUTTON! So I know exactly what your’e reporting. Right on dudes. Any way, bottom line. I wouldn’t waste much time over some of the comments you receive. Half of most critics can’t even spell. Let alone do anything any better than those who actually DO, things to make the rest of us smile. About anything.Most of us Jim, don’t have the courage to or the energy or the talent, to even try to step outside the box. Your time is better spent doin’ your thing. Wow! So being the Virgin that I am to all this am I hooked! I am so impressed. Not having my home connected to the 21st century..i had to watch this @ work. So Jim..you have a fan club of un-appreciated mothers with a sense of humor and a few fellas who wanted to check out the competiton..ha! ( not sure if that was your target audience but…..) A funny scene if you were a fly on the wall at my desk.. So a busy morning for me with a new discovery and now promoter of this doo hickey ( I use doo hickey with affection of course!) So, Butt kissing aside, what the heck are you guys arguing about? Have to wonder about the people who are incredibly critical… if you didn’t like it why the f— are you still watching? H-m-m-m. (BTY, I think you are really jealous of the talent these guys have. If their doing so bad in your opinion, let’s see you do better! If you’re not jealous, why are you spending so much energy on this? Just wondering.)

Just wanted to say, this is my first time experiencing a podcast, and frankly I was impressed. I thought it was brilliant, informative, and entertaining. I will be looking forward to watching more episodes.
